Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel and stay out of town for a week as needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Disciplined with accurate daily/weekly/monthly records.

Responsibilities

• Observe and inspect various construction projects from start to finish.
• Read and interpret plans, specs, and contract documents; report deviations.
• Conduct/oversee lab testing and reporting of soils, aggregates, asphalt, and other materials.
• Attend and participate in project meetings to gather insights and updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and quantities while ensuring timely records.
