Job summary

Gedeon GRC seeks a Resident Engineer to oversee inspection and supervision on infrastructure projects. You will represent the agency, ensure compliance with standards, and manage site activities and reporting.

The role requires a BS/BA in Engineering, 5 years of field inspection experience, and NY PE licensure. OSHA training is preferred. Proficiency in Site Manager and AutoCAD supports effective project control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5 years of experience in construction inspection and management on infrastructure projects (highway/sewer/water).
• New York Professional Engineer (PE).
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in preconstruction meetings, site visits and prepare minutes/reports.
• Advise Engineer-In-Charge of deficiencies or conflicts in plans/specs.
• Compile information on existing site conditions and as-builts.
• Review preconstruction reports and forward as necessary.
