Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent certification.
• Active NY PE license or NICET IV required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Resident Engineer; 5 years on highway/bridge projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification.
• CPM scheduling knowledge; Primavera P6 preferred.
• Ability to perform quantity and engineering computations, interpret plans and specs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction inspection and project management for highway, bridge, and civil infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve field issues.
• Review plans, drawings, and specs for accuracy and completeness; approve submittals.
