Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of civil construction inspection experience.
• Experience with grading, drainage, water, sewer, concrete paving, streetlights and traffic signal work.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects and lead inspections.
• Proficient reporting and project data management using appropriate software.

Responsibilities

• Inspect private developer and capital projects to ensure MAG specs and City standards.
• Review plans and ensure compliance with utility installations and paving.
• Coordinate construction activities with city departments and outside agencies.
• Prepare inspection records, reports, and as-built documentation.
