Qualifications

• Minimum three years of inspection experience in related field.
• Knowledge of MAG specifications and city design standards.
• Ability to read and interpret civil construction plans and specifications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with developers, contractors, engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead inspections of private development and city capital projects to ensure MAG specs and City standards.
• Coordinate and schedule inspections, prepare reports, and maintain project records.
• Assist in training staff and serve as backup for supervisors when needed.
• Maintain project files and ensure as-built documentation is complete and accurate.
• Utilize Accela to log inspection activities and communicate progress with stakeholders.
