Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction inspection or related field.
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and speak English fluently.
• Current/valid State Driver's License.
• Ability to pass fingerprint/background check.
• Construction field materials testing certifications (e.g., asphalt, concrete).

Responsibilities

• Inspects and monitors construction sites to verify adherence to standards, codes, and specifications.
• Prepares and submits daily inspection reports documenting findings.
• Assists in contract change orders, estimates, and progress pay documents.
• Verifies lines and grades of project improvements; coordinates field testing of materials.
• Mentors staff and participates in Kleinfelder’s Safety Programs.
