Job summary

Fisher Arnold is seeking a Senior Construction Inspector for the Transportation Department. The role reports to the CEI Supervisor and involves coordinating a team of inspectors performing inspections on roadways, bridges, drainage structures, and utilities.

The candidate should have at least 10 years of roadway/bridge experience and may possess certifications in OSHA 10, Nuclear Gauge, TDOT/ACI Concrete Technician, Asphalt Technician, and Flagging.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience on roadway and bridge construction projects.
• Certifications in safety and technician areas are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inspection teams.
• Inspect concrete, asphalt, earthwork, traffic control, EPSC.

Job description

We are searching for a Senior Construction Inspector to support our Transportation Department. Reporting directly to the Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) Supervisor, the successful candidate will work and coordinate with a team of inspectors performing inspection services that may include concrete, asphalt, earthwork, traffic control, and Erosion Prevention and Sediment Control (EPSC). The inspection services will be on projects for roadways and bridges, drainage structures, and utilities.

Qualification and Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience on Roadway and Bridge construction type projects.
