Job summary

Qualifications

• Four years of project management/construction management in hospitality, commercial and industrial construction.
• Knowledge of project management process and ability to handle a portfolio of projects >$6M annually.
• Knowledge of project accounting, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, document management, and cost forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project safety, acquiring final approval for contractor-submitted safety plans and compliance with the project safety plan.
• Lead all aspects of development, planning, execution, and closeout of the project with budgeting, cash flow reporting, and EFC maintenance.
• Assemble project teams with internal and external resources to deliver projects as an integrated team.
• Provide support for contract administration including scope of work, unit costing, bid alternates, and constraints for contract preparation.
