Alliance Construction & Design is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead a crew of carpenters and laborers on multiple projects in Wisconsin. The role reports to the Site Superintendent and focuses on performance, safety, and productivity.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in pre-engineered metal buildings, steel and wood stud framing, siding, and finish carpentry, with a proven track record of delivering projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• 10–15 years construction experience with 3+ years supervisory.
• Strong knowledge of steel and wood stud construction.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; company vehicle after probation.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage a crew of carpenters and laborers across multiple projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs; report discrepancies.
• Oversee installation of structural components and ensure code compliance.
• Monitor crew productivity and adjust to meet deadlines.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols for the team.
• Train and mentor crew to enhance performance.
• Maintain materials inventory and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Complete daily activity logs, time sheets, and incident reports.
• Prepare list of completed projects prior to interviews.
