Cleary Building Corp. in Wisconsin is seeking a Building Construction Foreman to lead a 3–4 person crew on the construction of pre-engineered post-frame structures.

You will manage on-site projects, ensure quality craftsmanship, and help clients turn their building dreams into reality. Responsibilities include supervising field employees, building from the ground up, operating hand and power tools, maintaining site safety, and delivering top-quality results across diverse outdoor job sites

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior experience in building trades or construction leadership.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a crew.
• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions.
• Willingness to train and grow with the company.

Responsibilities
