Job summary

NorthMark Strategies LLC seeks a Senior Associate, Construction Finance, to drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting on large-scale construction projects. You will prepare core financial deliverables, partner with internal teams, and push process improvements using technology.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on construction finance experience, strong analytical skills, and a passion for AI-enabled workflows and data visualization.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of progressive experience in construction project finance, capital program controls, real estate development finance, or project accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; CPA or MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly project financial reporting package consolidating inputs for leadership and board.
• Review contractor cost reports, schedule of values, and change orders for accuracy.
• Maintain budget-to-actual tracking across cost categories and explain variances.
