Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 7 years' relevant work experience.
• Experience in construction project management, property budget oversight, higher education, or nonprofit management preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and data-query capabilities (PivotTables, SUMIF, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly reconciliation of capital construction project costs and A/P adjustments, post journals, and upload charges into PRESTO.
• Support preparation of the 1.5B FAS Capital Construction Plan and provide financial analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with FAS Finance and FAS Development Office to track equity-financed funding.
• Use FROPS for faculty appointment planning and budget updates.
• Provide financial assistance on capital projects managed by OPMs.
• Prepare, review, and submit CAPS funding/closeout requests and track approvals.
• Work with PMs to process invoices and verify contracts.
• Consolidate monthly Executive Summary Reporting for Senior Management.
