STO Building Group in Kansas City, MO seeks a Project Executive to oversee the financial and general performance of a portfolio of construction projects. You will lead pre-construction efforts, manage client relations, and drive successful project delivery from cradle to grave.

The role requires a 4-year construction-related degree and at least 15 years of PM experience, with a focus on safety, quality, and maximizing margins.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in a construction-related major.
• Minimum 15 years’ project management experience.
• Must pass a drug test and comply with company vehicle safety program.

Responsibilities

• Champions company values and delivers predictable outcomes for clients and teams.
• Oversees financial and overall project performance within portfolio.
• Lead pre-construction efforts for potential and secured work.
• Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Provide senior input for project schedules during acquisition and execution.
• Ensure client satisfaction and an enjoyable experience working with the team.
• Lead community service events and participate in industry events.
• Coordinate resources to avert problems and address difficult project issues.
