• 4–6 years of estimating experience or related field.
• Experience in cost analysis and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepares detailed and accurate project cost estimates from concept through final pricing.
• Reviews drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify scope, risks and savings.
• Coordinates with Precon Coordinators, project managers, engineers and procurement for bid packages.
• Analyzes market trends, vendor pricing, and historical data for estimate development.
• Contributes to value engineering by proposing alternative materials, methods or solutions.
• Documents assumptions and clarifications to support estimate reviews.
