Job summary

Noble-Fueling-Solutions is seeking a skilled Construction Estimator in East Northport, NY to prepare detailed pricing for UST/AST installation and removal projects. You will evaluate drawings, RFPs, and specifications, coordinate with project teams, and deliver competitive bids.

The ideal candidate has extensive pump and tank system experience, strong knowledge of construction means and methods in environmental/fuel sectors, and a proven track record in estimating.

Qualifications

• Background in pump and tank systems required.
• Strong knowledge of environmental and fuel system construction.
• Ability to read blueprints, specs, and RFPs.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years in estimating for construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for UST/AST projects.
• Review RFPs, drawings, and specs to determine scope.
• Coordinate with PMs, engineers, and subcontractors for pricing.
• Analyze labor, material, and time for proposals.
• Submit bids on client deadlines.
• Assist in value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain documentation of estimates and proposals.
