Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with estimating concrete and steel structures.

Responsibilities

• Site investigations.
• Quantity/Material takeoff.
• Check estimates for extensions and errors.
• Prepare estimate schedules for tender reviews.
• Budgeting/Costing.
• Contact sub-trades and suppliers for quotations.
• Participate in tender closings.
• Compile successful and unsuccessful tenders.
• Follow up with invited Sub-Contractors/Suppliers to quote.
• Maintain unit price and productivity knowledge and data.
