Job summary

PG Construction, a Colorado-based affordable housing general contractor, seeks an experienced estimator to build cost estimates from takeoffs to bid packages. You will respond to RFPs and prepare bid packages for municipal and local opportunities, and present estimates to stakeholders both in person and virtually.

This role requires a strong understanding of construction docs, specs, and codes, with autonomy to own bids and contribute to a growing, tight-knit team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction estimating experience, ideally including government RFPs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and comfortable using AI tools.
• Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, and building codes.
