Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in CM/Estimating or related field is required.
• Experience with preconstruction budgeting and life-cycle costing.
• Ability to read drawings and perform VE is expected.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate new and existing business relationships with clients and partners.
• Prepare estimates for all design stages and manage preconstruction budgets.
• Lead project team during preconstruction and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Ensure schedules, cost reports, and VE efforts meet requirements.
• Develop bid packages, subcontracts, and evaluate trade partners.
