GH Phipps Construction Companies seeks a Senior Project Manager to provide strategic oversight on multiple commercial projects from pursuit through closeout. You will lead project teams, coordinate with owners, architects and trade partners, and drive preconstruction efforts to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management and at least 12 years of commercial construction experience, including $60M+ single projects or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field required.
• Minimum 12 years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience running single projects of $60M+ or multiple projects over $25M+.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic oversight on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Leads project teams through critical decisions and issue resolution.
• Builds relationships with owners, architects, developers and key trade partners.
• Participates in project pursuit, client interviews, and proposal development.
• Manages contracts and mitigates project and company risk.
• Leads preconstruction efforts and schedule milestones with the Superintendent.
• Oversees project safety, QA/QC, and closeout per company standards.
• Mentors staff and develops employees; travels to sites and client locations as needed.
• Manages financial aspects and implements recovery plans for schedule and budget.
