Formación

• 5–10+ years of dedicated estimating experience.
• Experience estimating large-scale projects ($50M+) in multiple sectors.
• Knowledge of regional regulations and local labor dynamics in DC/MD/VA.
• Proficiency in Beck DESTINI Estimator, Building Connected, Togal.AI, Bluebeam, and AGTEK Earthwork.
• Bachelor’s degree in CM / Civil/Structural Eng / Architecture.
• Ability to pass federal background screenings.
• Aligned with Clark Standards of Excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Direct conceptual, schematic, design-development, and GMP estimates for large-scale developments.
• Build comprehensive scopes of work and lead trade leveling sessions.
• Identify cost-effective design alternatives that align with codes and intent.
• Monitor regional commodity fluctuations, labor availability, and urban logistics challenges.
• Partner with Clark Project Managers and Superintendents to transition bids to operations.
• Provide guidance and training to project engineers and junior estimators.
