Responsibilities

• Developing cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design across multiple regions.
• Delivering and presenting updated cost plans at design milestones.
• Coordinate, manage, and supervise the work of support staff.
• Reviewing proposed design changes and preparing estimates.
• Support training to estimating teams on new tools/templates.
• Prepare leadership presentations for Preconstruction and Estimating teams.
• Delivering Life Cycle Costing models.
• SOX control responsibilities as applicable.
