Job summary

Eleven Western Builders, Inc. seeks a Project Estimator to own the bid lifecycle from invitation to handover. You will review plans, set up trades, invite subcontractors, and budget general conditions to deliver accurate bids with a team-focused approach.

In this role, you will work with project managers and leadership to win projects, manage multiple bids, and uphold schedule and budget integrity. CA drivers license required. Competitive wages and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project estimating in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret plans/specs.
• Knowledge of general contracting and subcontracting processes.
• Ability to learn estimating software and bid multiple projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PDF editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the bid process from invitation to handover.
• Review plans, set up trades, invite subs, and budget general conditions.
• Produce accurate bid packages and coordinate with PMs.
• Bid 2-3 projects in parallel and manage multiple opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients and architectural teams.
