Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a Sr. Estimator to support single large projects or multiple smaller projects in the United States. You will participate in bid efforts and provide administrative support to the estimating department.

The role requires basic estimating competency and development of advanced principles including conceptual estimating, project logistics, and indirect costs. This is a safety sensitive position with drug testing and background checks, and Nox Group emphasizes equal opportunity

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in construction estimating.
• Experience in industrial projects is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates including time, cost, materials, and labor.
• Review plans and specs with management guidance.
• Provide support to preconstruction activities such as document control and material research.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and cost model understanding.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, operations, and opportunities stakeholders.
• Assist in bid preparation and submission.
• Participate in site visits and training as directed by Chief Estimators.
• Stay updated on industry trends and estimating practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve estimating accuracy and efficiency.
