Job summary

Qualifications

• Ten years of construction industry experience.
• Strong civil engineering knowledge; able to read plans/schematics.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software.
• Knowledge of BMP and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage the process for gathering scope and cost for project aggregations at each stage gate from all disciplines.
• Analyze cost estimates against historical benchmarks and investigate outliers with estimators.
• Prepare documentation for stage gate updates and regulatory filings.
• Peer review cost estimates to validate accuracy, scope, and cost elements.
• Prepare scope take-off based on design specs and drawings.
