Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years estimating or relevant project experience.
• Proficient with estimating software and takeoff tools such as On-Screen Takeoff.
• Strong math and computer skills; MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specs to confirm complete scope.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and bid tabulations.
• Develop tab sheets and gather subcontractor proposals.
• Coordinate scopes of work with bid team.
• Attend subcontractor networking events.
