Tiello LLC in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to lead preconstruction estimating for ground-up tilt-up commercial and industrial projects. The role requires coordinating with design teams, subcontractors, and operations to develop budgets from conceptual through GMP pricing.
The successful candidate will have 7+ years with a general contractor, tilt-up experience preferred, and be based in the Irvine office five days a week with no remote option.
Tiello has partnered with an established general contractor delivering large-scale ground-up commercial and industrial construction projects throughout Southern California and the Southwest. The company is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join its preconstruction team in Irvine, California.
The Senior Estimator will lead estimating efforts for ground-up tilt-up commercial and industrial construction projects. This individual will manage estimates from early conceptual budgeting through GMP and final pricing while partnering with subcontractors, design teams, project executives, and operations.
The successful candidate must have direct estimating experience with a general contractor and a proven background estimating ground-up commercial or industrial projects. Tilt-up experience is strongly preferred. An exceptional candidate without direct tilt-up experience may be considered if they demonstrate a high level of initiative, drive, and ownership.
This position is based in the Irvine office five days per week. There is currently no remote or hybrid option.
Ground-up tilt-up commercial and industrial construction, including warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, industrial parks, and other large-scale commercial or industrial buildings.
