Job summary

Fluor Corporation, Houston, TX, is seeking a senior-level project management professional to lead and coordinate multi-discipline EPFC/CM projects within the Mining & Metals group. You will drive safety, quality, cost control, and schedule adherence while aligning with contract obligations and Fluor OSR/OSIP frameworks.

The role requires a four-year degree plus extensive experience, with strong communication and regulatory knowledge to execute complex projects globally.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree and fourteen years of work-related experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences including management, coworkers, clients, vendors and contractors.
• Ability to apply knowledge of local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management on small to medium EPFC/CM or services projects, coordinating design, procurement and construction activities.
• Develop and maintain a complete understanding of the contract and relevant subcontracts to support project management.
• Draft and secure approval for the project baseline, ensuring alignment with OSR and OSIP, and communicate updates to the project team.
• Support the PD to deliver the project within the baseline execution and commercial baselines.
