Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree in engineering with 12+ years of work experience; professional certification/registration may be required.
• Accredited two-year degree with 14+ years of experience or equivalent combination; some locations may differ.
• Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Job-related technical knowledge and decision-making skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage interface between Engineering and other disciplines (Process, Controls, Management, Procurement, Contracts, Construction, client team).
• Translate global initiatives into project procedures and actionable steps.
• Apply Cost Competitive Execution techniques for cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure engineering work meets schedule, quality standards, deliverables and budgets; manage changes.
