Job summary
Primera Engineers' Construction Division in Chicago or Lisle, IL seeks a Division Manager to lead our roadway and infrastructure projects and mentor a team of professionals.
You will own strategic planning, budgeting, and profitability targets; develop client relationships with DOTs, municipalities, and authorities; oversee construction management, resident engineering, and inspections; and promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and a licensed Professional Engineer.
- At least 20 years of diversified engineering and construction management experience.
- At least 10 years managing a team responsible for CM, resident engineering, inspection, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Construction Division and collaborate on strategic goals.
- Develop budgets, action plans, and ensure division revenue and profit targets.
- Monitor project profitability, payment, field performance, safety and client satisfaction.
- Develop relationships with clients, partner firms, contractors, and subconsultants.
- Mentor managers, establish development and succession plans.
- Identify risks and opportunities to improve delivery and quality.
