The position is hybrid and can be based out of any Florida office. Candidates must be licensed to practice in Florida, possess strong legal research and writing skills, and demonstrate client-focused service, excellent communication, and the ability to manage a busy litigation docket.

Qualifications

• Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• Strong legal research and persuasive writing abilities.
• Excellent oral advocacy and client service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Draft and review substantive pleadings and motions.
• Respond to motions and discovery.
• Attend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, and client meetings; negotiate settlements.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Work in a fast-paced evolving litigation environment.
