Job summary

Kubicki Draper is seeking an associate attorney to join their litigation practice in Florida. The role requires 7+ years of civil litigation experience, with construction defect litigation highly desired. The position is based out of Florida offices with a hybrid schedule.

Key duties include drafting pleadings, responding to motions and discovery, attending hearings and depositions, and negotiating settlements while maintaining strong client service and rigorous professional standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Construction Defect Litigation experience highly desired.
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Draft/review substantive pleadings and motions.

• Attend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings with clients, and negotiate settlements.

Kubicki Draper is seeking an associate attorney interested in joining their litigation practice. 7+ years experience in civil litigation required. Experience in Construction Defect Litigation highly desired.

This role can be based out of any of our Florida offices and will be on a hybrid schedule.

• Strong legal research and excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to our clients, with a client first mindset
• Highly organized, with clear and concise communication style
• Must be a self-starter and goal-oriented with a focus on long-term career goals
• Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Must be competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel
• Draft/review substantive pleadings and motions
