• Provide legal counsel by analyzing cases and defining strategy.
• Prepare legal documents: motions, pleadings, briefs, and claims.
• Resolve construction claims to avoid litigation where possible.
• Mediate, negotiate, arbitrate, and litigate on behalf of clients.
• Supervise staff and coordinate client billing and meetings.
