Must be licensed to practice law in California and have knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and new construction. The role involves contract drafting, legal counsel, and managing disputes within a dynamic construction-focused firm.

• 5–10 years of construction industry legal experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and new construction.
• Active California law license and ABA/local bar membership.

Responsabilidades

• Review, modify, and create construction contracts and contractor agreements to protect from liability and payment issues.
• Provide legal counsel by analyzing client situations and defining strategy.
• Prepare legal documents such as letters, motions, pleadings, briefs, and claims.
• Resolve construction claims and disputes to avoid litigation where possible.
• Mediate, negotiate, arbitrate, and argue motions in court on behalf of clients.
• Supervise administrative staff and paralegals; coordinate client billing and meetings.
