Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a highly analytical Cost Controls Manager to link construction execution with finance. You will manage project budgets, forecast cash flows, and reconcile actuals to drive proactive decisions.

Travel up to 10% and a hybrid Denver, Colorado location support your success. The role emphasizes collaboration with subcontractors and internal teams to ensure accurate forecasting, robust financial reporting, and effective cost management across large-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, accounting or finance.
• Minimum 8 years in cost control, accounting, or financial management within construction.
• Proven track record with large-scale budgets and cost controls (> $500M).
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Procore or similar CM software.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor project budgets and track monthly construction progress.
• Forecast cash flows, reconcile actuals, and align field progress with finance.
• Manage subcontractor agreements, PO changes, and cost impact assessments.
• Prepare monthly closings, executive summaries, and cross-functional reporting.
• Develop financial assumptions and improve cost control processes.
