Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Construction Cost Controls Manager to support high‑volume data center programs. This role is primarily remote with limited travel and involves budget setup, cost tracking, forecasting, and cost submission reviews across leased facilities and new builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of construction cost controls or related capital project delivery experience.
• Experience supporting data center, mission critical, or large-scale capital programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost controls for data center fit-out, retrofit, modernization, and new builds.
• Support budget setup, cost tracking, forecasting, cash flow, accruals, and EAC reporting.
• Review contractor and vendor invoices, payments, and cost submissions.
• Analyze change orders and forecast impacts (rates, labor, markups).
• Maintain alignment between budgets, commitments, PO, actuals, and forecasted costs.
• Update risk registers and cost risk tracking; escalate issues as needed.
• Perform data QA/QC across project controls, finance, procurement, and reporting systems.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, variance analyses, and executive summaries.
