Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Construction Cost Controls Manager to support major data center programs. This role is primarily remote with limited travel and involves cost controls across fit-outs, retrofits, modernization, and new build projects.

You will manage budgets, forecasts, invoices, change orders, and risk documentation while collaborating with project controls, finance, procurement, and delivery teams in a fast-paced data center environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years in construction cost controls or related roles.
• Experience with large-scale data center or mission-critical projects.
• Strong Excel and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple systems and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost controls for data center fit-outs, retrofits, modernization and new build programs.
• Support budgets, forecasting, cash flow, accruals, and EAC reporting.
• Review invoices, change orders, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain alignment between budgets, commitments, POs, and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and executive summaries.
