Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience in controller or senior leadership roles.
• Construction accounting experience across multiple industries and project types.
• Experience producing management-ready financial analysis and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly financial close with P&L, balance sheets, WIP, budgets and variances.
• Provide actionable financial analysis to support decisions and risk management.
• Oversee A/R, A/P, payroll, billing, cash management and general ledger activities.
• Coordinate annual audits, tax requests and external financial reviews.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and dashboards for executives.
