Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience with leadership.
• Construction industry experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, WIP reporting, and job costing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations across multiple entities.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
• Develop budgets and variance analyses.
• Maintain internal controls and GAAP compliance.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve accounting processes.
