Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing in Naples, FL seeks a Construction Contracts Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of large-scale capital projects, including ground-up manufacturing facilities. You will draft, negotiate, and administer complex agreements across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of industrial contracts experience, knowledge of AIA/ConsensusDocs/FIDIC, and a track record of mitigating risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Law, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing contracts for industrial construction or large capital projects.
• Experience with greenfield industrial construction or manufacturing facilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracting, risk allocation and contract administration.
• Experience with EPC, EPCM, design-build, equipment supply, and services agreements.
• Experience using AIA, ConsensusDocs, FIDIC contracts.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, procurement, legal, finance, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer construction, procurement, engineering, and service agreements.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle: bid documents, change orders, claims, and closeout.
• Develop commercial strategies for industrial capital projects and greenfield facilities.
• Coordinate contract reviews with internal stakeholders and outside counsel.
• Monitor obligations, milestones, payments, insurance, bonding, and compliance.
• Identify risks and mitigate through proactive actions.
• Support contractor prequalification, bid evaluations, and awards.
• Maintain contract documentation and reporting files.
• Support North American facility expansions and strategic projects.
