Ideal candidates have a J.D., active U.S. license, and 7–10+ years in contract drafting and negotiation within construction, engineering, or related commercial fields.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 7–10+ years focused on contract drafting and negotiation, preferably in construction/engineering.
