Job summary

United Integrated Services (UIS) is seeking a Construction Contract Attorney to draft, review, and negotiate complex master service, vendor, and professional agreements for large semiconductor projects.

You will develop standard terms, advise across Procurement, Project Management, and Safety, and lead AI-enabled improvements in contracting processes. Strong drafting, negotiation, and risk assessment skills are essential.

Qualifications

Ability to draft, review, interpret, and negotiate complex commercial and construction agreements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain reliable contract records.
Ability to prioritize multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, revise, and negotiate master service, professional, vendor, consulting agreements, NDAs, amendments, change orders, and other documents.
Develop and maintain contract templates, terms, clauses, and playbooks with GC support.
Lead initiatives to increase productive AI use in contract functions.
Advise on subcontractor relationships, scope changes, and timing impacts in coordination with project and procurement teams.
Assist with disputes, notices, and performance issues and provide practical recommendations.
