• 5+ years of contract administration or related roles.
• Legal background or equivalent construction contract experience.
• Knowledge of contract law and vendor management.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate subcontracts and vendor agreements.
• Advise Project Managers on insurance and contractual obligations.
• Explain downstream forms; suggest edits.
• Identify risks from contract changes and mitigate.
• Collaborate with controllers and operations stakeholders.
• Interpret contract provisions for subcontractor questions.
