Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Construction Scope Change Manager to be based in Baltimore, MD, supporting the BPTR program and other projects. The role centers on reviewing, documenting, and controlling the scope baseline across design, engineering, construction, and procurement teams.

You will lead change control processes, maintain logs and dashboards, and coordinate with SMEs, estimators, schedulers, and stakeholders, preparing executive summaries and weekly status updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Review, maintain, and control the project Scope Baseline with contract documents.
• Establish scope management procedures, standards, and governance.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, construction, and procurement teams.
• Manage change requests and baseline revisions through formal change control.
• Maintain scope logs, change registers, and audit trails.
• Coordinate with SMEs on risk assessments related to scope growth.
• Prepare weekly updates on scope changes and communications.
• Interface with contractor and stakeholders to gather details.
• Attend technical project working group meetings as assigned.
