Mead & Hunt is hiring a Construction Services Supervisor for the Washington, DC area with offices in MD and VA. You will manage staff, lead inspectors, coordinate training, and support CEI projects while overseeing client relationships and business development.

The ideal candidate has a civil/engineering background, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel. This is a full-time, on-site role offering comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.
• At least 3 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Associate degree path with 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• If no degree, at least 7 years of relevant engineering experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage and mentor staff, assign work, and monitor quality.
• Lead construction inspectors on materials testing and inspection.
• Coordinate and deliver staff training to develop skills.
• Assist Department Manager with staffing resources and planning.
• Provide project management and supervision for CEI projects.
• Develop business by managing client relationships and opportunities.
