Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel by analyzing client needs and formulating strategy.
• Prepare legal documents including motions, pleadings and briefs.
• Resolve construction disputes to avoid litigation when possible.
• Mediate, negotiate, arbitrate and represent clients in court proceedings.
