Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree in Architecture or related field.
• 10+ years of construction administration experience.
• Architectural Registration preferred.
• Sustainable design accreditation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and QA/QC processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction phase activities across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with Owner, Architect/Engineer, and Contractor teams.
• Review RFIs and submittals; maintain project documents.
• Attend site visits and prepare field reports.
• Manage change orders and ensure conformance to contract documents.
