Job summary

Hoefer Wysocki Architecture in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Senior Construction Administration Manager to coordinate CA activities across multiple projects. You will lead the bid and construction phases, resolve RFIs and submittals, and mentor junior staff to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

The role requires extensive experience in design/bid/build or design/build, strong leadership, and proficient use of industry tools. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Architectural Engineering, Engineering, Construction Management or hands on experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience a plus.
• Experience in Design/Bid/Build and Design/Build processes a must.
• 15+ years of construction administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides strong and calm project leadership during construction phase and resolves project issues.
• Coordinates project efforts to ensure effective execution of the CA process.
• Serves as client liaison and manages the project to complete on schedule and within budget.
• Mentors less experienced architectural staff.
• Leads bid phase, pre-bid meetings, substitutions, and addenda.
• Reviews budgets, schedules, submittals, and pay requests; prepares field reports.
• Coordinates close-out, as-builts, and final punch lists.
• Occasional travel to project sites.
