Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience, with direct construction or trade accounting experience.
• Experience with construction job costing and WIP schedules.
• Experience preparing AIA G702/G703 pay applications and managing payroll, AP/AR.
• Strong organizational, communication, and independent work skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations using QuickBooks Enterprise.
• Manage project accounting, including accurate job costing and WIP reporting.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Coordinate payroll, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations; ensure accuracy.
• Support year-end CPA requests and strengthen internal controls.
