Suffolk Construction is seeking a Project Accountant to support financial performance on its Dallas-area projects. You will process subcontractor requisitions, owner requisitions, and budget updates, and you’ll work with project teams to ensure accurate reporting and contract compliance.

This role emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and integrity in financial controls. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and 0–3 years of experience are expected; familiarity with construction

• Ability to adapt to different personalities and management styles.

Responsibilities

• Process the monthly owner requisition.
• Process subcontractor requisitions and ensure contract terms comply.
• Process budget updates and cost transfers.
• Select invoices for the weekly disbursement cycle.
• Monitor and track the cash position of the project.
• Assist the Corporate Risk Manager in CCIP administration.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Project Executives on accounting issues.
