Qualifications

• 6+ years of accounting experience with significant construction industry focus.
• Experience in CAS environment preferred and multi-client management.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of complex construction clients with minimal oversight.
• Maintain and review sophisticated job cost structures for multi-phase and multi-contract projects.
• Oversee monthly WIP schedules with over/under billing analysis.
• Lead AIA billing, draw requests, and retainage tracking.
• Manage subcontractor compliance including lien waivers and 1099 preparation.
• Prepare monthly financial statements with job-level and company-level variance analysis.
• Mentor junior staff in construction-specific accounting practices.
• Support audits and insurance reconciliations; implement process improvements.
